When trying to lose weight making sure you're eating enough protein is essential. When life gets crazy, the first thing we forget to do is eat! I know when I'm running around while I might be hungry, eating may not be the main priority because there are other things going on. While this is horrible, because your body should always be priority it is the reality for most people.
