If you're like literally every other American you probably had one too many beers last night and loads of food. If you're like me you woke up with a stomach ache and bloating that could look more like a pregnant stomach. Regardless if your team won or lost, or if you even knew who was playing the Superbowl is a fun time to hang with friends, eat and drink.
But going back to the bloating- seriously. How can one pig out fest make me look so large and in charge? Well if your body isn't used to eating bad you'll most definitely feel worse than usual. If your body is used to healthy, wholesome foods that nourish you and then you stuff chips, heroes, fried appetizers and beer down your throat you will most definitely feel it.
Okay so whatever, you allowed yourself your cheat meal- or day. But how can you bounce back quick so it doesn't effect the rest of your week? I'll tell you how.
1- Take some Tylenol if you're hungover, we are not sleeping through this one.
2- Chug some water and a lot of it. You need to hydrate hydrate hydrate.
3- Get your bum to the gym. Take a class, lift some weights, hop on the treadmill.
4- Eat a clean diet today. No more cheats your body wants that healthy food back!
5- If you're really feeling terrible get into a sauna to sweat out those toxins.
6- Cut yourself a break, you're allowed to have an off day! Get plenty of rest tonight and you'll be back to the basics tomorrow.
