Everyone's looking for the newest pill, tip, really anything that will help us lose even one pound. While there is no cookie cutter way to lose weight, there are definitely actions you can take to meet your goals faster. Eating healthy and exercising isn't all of it though. we can't forget everything is connected. I like to think mind, body, soul. While it's so important to eat healthy, other things I'm taking in influences me too. For example social media, tv, people I converse with and so much more.
