If you're looking for a midnight snack this is your fix. Every now and then I crave Taco Bell and don't actually give into my craving. This is the best alternative that's way healthier, quicker then jumping in the car and definitely filled with nutrients. You can make different variations, depending on what you have in your fridge. Sometimes I'll add in left over chicken, black beans or sauté up some shrimp. Let me know you favorite quesadilla recipe below!
Ingredients: Onion Green pepper Mushrooms Whole wheat wraps Mild cheddar cheese *Taco bell mild sauce* Directions: Slice up your vegetables and heat your pan. Sauté your vegetables in a pan with olive oil, garlic, pepper and a little bit of taco seasoning. In a separate pan, add your tortilla and place your vegetables and cheese on one side. When ready, fold and flip so the other side can get browned. *Optional, add in mild sauce before flipping or add to after cooked on top*. Quesadilla should only need a couple of minutes on each side to cook and then ready to serve!
